  • Are your sites mobile friendly?
    Absolutely! Every website I build is designed to look great and function smoothly on all devices — phones, tablets, and desktops. Since so many people browse on their phones, making sure your site is mobile-friendly is a top priority.
  • What Does the Process Look Like?
    Step 1: Free 20-Minute Call We’ll hop on a quick, no-pressure call to talk about your needs, your vision, and what kind of website will best support your business. I’ll also provide a custom quote based on what you’re looking for. Step 2: Booking Your Spot If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a short contract and require a 50% deposit to hold your spot in my schedule. Your website will be completed within 30 days of the start date. Step 3: Content Collection You’ll receive a shared Google Drive folder where you can upload all your content — text, images, logos, etc. Don’t worry if you’re still figuring things out — I’ll guide you through what’s needed and offer support with writing and content strategy if you’d like. Step 4: Design Meeting Once I have your content, we kick off the design process with a design call. We'll go over how you'd like you site to look aestetically (don't worry if you don't know or have design preferences). I'll take care of the design but I'm always welcome to as much input as you have in terms of how you' like it to look! Step 5: Preview and Edits I'll send over a draft of your website for you to suggest edits! Once you're happy with how your site looks it will go live for the world to see! Step 6: Launch and Handoff After final approval and payment, your site goes live! I’ll make sure everything is working smoothly — and you’ll receive full ownership and control of your website. Step 7: Learning Session To wrap things up, we’ll do a recorded Zoom call where I walk you through how to make basic edits to your site, so you feel confident updating it on your own anytime.
  • What if I already have an existing website?
    That’s totally fine! Depending on the platform your current site is built on, I can either work within it or, if you'd prefer, I can start fresh and redesign your site on a platform I recommend. We’ll chat about what’s working, what’s not, and find the best path forward.
  • What if I already have a domain name?
    That’s great! You can definitely keep your existing domain. I’ll help you connect it to your new website so everything works smoothly.
  • Do I need to provide images or hire a professional photographer?
    I love it when clients can share their own photos of their business, workspace, or themselves in action — it really helps make your website feel personal and authentic. These days, the quality of smartphone cameras is often more than enough to get great images, so hiring a professional photographer isn’t always necessary unless you want that extra polish. If you need guidance on what kind of photos to take or how to prepare them, I’m happy to help!
  • What other costs are associated with a website?
    Outside of the design fee, you’ll need to pay for hosting and your domain name. Most websites fall in the range of $17–$30/month for hosting (which usually includes an SSL certificate for security), depending on the platform and features you need. Your domain name typically costs around $15–$25/year. I’ll walk you through the best options for your site and make sure everything is set up correctly — no tech stress required.
  • Do you offer ongoing support after the website is launched?
    I’ll teach you in our final call how to confidently make your own updates, but if you'd prefer to have someone take care of larger edits or changes for you, you can hire me to do it an hourly rate for you as needed.
  • Do you offer help with writing the content?
    Absolutely. Many of my clients find writing the words to be the hardest part! I can support you with content strategy and copywriting to make sure your message is clear, engaging, and aligned with your brand. You can choose to write it yourself, or have me write it for an additional fee.
  • Do you do SEO?
    Yes! I set up every website following SEO best practices and include basic SEO optimizations to help your site get noticed by search engines. This means your site will have a strong foundation for ranking well and attracting your ideal clients. For more advanced SEO work, I can recommend trusted experts who specialize in ongoing strategies.
  • Will I be in full control of my website?
    Yes! Once your website is complete, you’ll have full ownership and control. All that you pay me is a one time design fee. That means no expensive monthly maintenance fees or being locked into ongoing contracts. I’ll also show you how to make simple updates yourself.
  • What platform will my website be built on?
    I typically build websites using Wix, depending on your needs and preferences. I’ll recommend the best option for your goals, and make sure it’s easy for you to update moving forward. Wix is a professional and user-friendly website building option - meaning, it is simple enough for you to make edits to your site yourself if you so choose. No coding or overwhelming tech required!
  • What does it cost to work with you?
    The cost of each website is done on a custom quote, which we will determine during the consult call. The majority of my packages fall between $1000 - $2000 and vary based on what you need (number of pages, special features, amount of content). I’m happy to offer a free consult to talk through your project and provide a custom quote.
  • How long does the process take?
    All of my sites are finished within a 30 day timeframe from start to finish.
